Shipping Information

At M. Kantor & Associates, every shipment is handled with the highest level of care and security. Our jewelry represents significant craftsmanship and value, and we take every precaution to ensure it arrives safely.

Complimentary Domestic Shipping

We offer complimentary fully insured shipping on all domestic orders within the United States.

Every shipment includes:

  • Fully insured shipping
  • Signature required upon delivery
  • Secure, discreet packaging
  • Tracking information provided once your order ships

For security reasons, shipments cannot be delivered without an adult signature.

Processing Time

Most in-stock orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and verified.

Certain items, including resized, customized, or special-order pieces, may require additional processing time. If additional time is needed, we will contact you promptly.

Shipping Carrier

Orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx Priority Overnight
  • UPS Next Day Air
  • Other fully insured premium shipping services as appropriate

The shipping carrier is selected at the discretion of M. Kantor & Associates to provide the safest and most secure delivery.

Signature Required

To protect our clients and the value of each piece, all deliveries require an adult signature.

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for jewelry purchases requiring insured delivery.

International Shipping

We proudly ship internationally to many destinations.

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • VAT
  • Brokerage fees
  • Any other government-imposed charges

Delivery times vary by destination.

Packaging

Your purchase will arrive in elegant presentation packaging suitable for gifting while being shipped in discreet outer packaging for security.

No markings on the exterior of the package will identify the contents as jewelry.

Delivery Delays

While we work with trusted shipping carriers, M. Kantor & Associates cannot guarantee delivery dates once a shipment has been accepted by the carrier.

Weather conditions, customs processing, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.

Shipping Address

For your protection, orders may only be shipped to verified addresses.

M. Kantor & Associates reserves the right to request additional verification before shipping high-value purchases.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with:

  1. Do not discard the packaging.
  2. Photograph the package before opening if possible.
  3. Contact M. Kantor & Associates immediately.
  4. We will work directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Due to the unique nature of our antique, estate, and vintage jewelry, availability cannot be guaranteed until an order has been confirmed and payment has been processed. In the rare event that a piece becomes unavailable, you will be notified immediately and receive a full refund.
