Return & Refund Policy
7-Day Return Policy
M. Kantor & Associates wants every client to purchase with confidence. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned within 7 calendar days of the date of delivery.
Return Requirements
To qualify for a return:
- The return must be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery.
- The item must be returned in its original, unworn, and unaltered condition.
- All original packaging, certificates, appraisal documents, laboratory reports, and accompanying materials must be included.
- Any security tags or tamper-evident seals must remain attached and intact.
- Customized, resized, engraved, altered, or special-order items are final sale unless otherwise required by law.
Return Shipping
To ensure every shipment is fully insured and securely handled, all return shipping must be arranged by M. Kantor & Associates.
After your return request has been approved, we will:
- Provide detailed packing instructions.
- Supply a fully insured prepaid shipping label.
- Instruct you on the proper packaging method to protect the jewelry during transit.
For security reasons, customers should not create their own return shipping labels or ship items without authorization.
Return Shipping Costs
The cost of return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer.
The insured shipping cost will either:
- be deducted from your refund, or
- be charged separately before the return label is issued,
depending on the circumstances of the return.
Inspection
Once your item is received, it will be carefully inspected to confirm it has been returned in the same condition in which it was originally shipped.
Refunds will generally be processed within 5–10 business days after inspection and approval using the original method of payment whenever possible.
Damaged or Altered Returns
If an item is returned damaged, altered, missing components, or in a condition different from when it was originally shipped, M. Kantor & Associates reserves the right to deny the return or deduct the cost of restoration or repair from the refund.
